送貨及貨倉自提安排

送貨安排:

當訂單及付款確認後，本店會盡力於3個工作天內寄出貨品，送貨時間則取決於第三方(香港郵政處、順豐速遞)。

 > 如選擇本地平郵，本店不設郵件追蹤服務，寄失風險需由顧客自行承擔。

 > 如選擇順豐速遞，當本店寄出貨品後，顧客需自行留意本店電郵有關其順豐編號。

 本店確保寄出貨品前已檢查及提供完好包裝，本店不會承擔運送途中的損壞風險。

貨倉自提安排:

當訂單及付款確認後，本店會與客戶聯絡, 並預約定貨倉自提的時間, 顧客需於預約時間到達本店貨倉取貨,

如不能按預約時間到達, 請聯絡客服重新預約取貨時間. 敬請見諒.

Delivery and warehouse pickup arrangements

Delivery arrangements:

After the order and payment are confirmed, our store will try its best to send the goods within 3 working days. The delivery time depends on the third party (Hong Kong Post Office, SF Express).

 > If you choose local surface mail, our store does not provide mail tracking service, and the risk of loss must be borne by the customer.

 > If you choose SF Express, after our store sends the goods, customers need to pay attention to our store's email about their SF Express number.

Our store ensures that the goods have been inspected and packaged in good condition before shipping. We will not bear the risk of damage during transportation.

Warehouse pick-up arrangement:

When the order and payment are confirmed, our store will contact the customer and make an appointment for pick-up time at the warehouse. Customers need to arrive at the store's warehouse to pick up the goods at the scheduled time.

If you are unable to arrive at the scheduled time, please contact customer service to reschedule the pickup time. We apologize for any inconvenience caused
